Over half of us now live in cities around the world. By 2050, the global population is projected to hit 9 billion people. Feeding all those urban mouths is one of the big challenges of the future. We wanted to talk to someone that’s figuring out how to connect people in cities and the food that they eat. Erin Sullivan White is the founder of Community Food Lab.
